Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf, dry red chili, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, dry ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato powder, salt, amchur powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, coconut powder, fried onion powder, curry leaves powder.
Take 500g chicken (bone-in or boneless).
Add:
1 packet of Mum's Magic Chicken Dry Sukka Masala Premix
2 tablespoons of curd (yogurt)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of oil
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes (optional for enhanced flavor).
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Add 1 chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium flame for 3–4 minutes.
Add 100 ml water, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Once the chicken is cooked, open the lid and cook on high flame until the masala thickens and coats the chicken completely.
Add 1 tablespoon of ghee and fresh coriander leaves for a rich aroma and taste.
Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan, or steamed rice.
