Cashew, fried onion, salt, corn flour, sugar, turmeric, milk powder, kasuri methi, garlic powder, ginger powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, garam masala, fennel, black cardamom, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, peppercorns, and edible oil.
Mix 1 packet of Mum's Magic Chicken Gravy Premix with 300ml water.
Stir well to make a smooth paste and set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan.
Add 250g of boneless chicken and sauté for 10–12 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, add 150g of tomato puree (or puree of 2 tomatoes).
Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the oil separates.
Add the premix paste, stir, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken back into the gravy.
Mix in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons fresh cream.
Simmer for 2 more minutes until rich and creamy.
Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed basmati rice.
