Chicken Biryani Masala | Ready in 4 Minutes | 50gm | Serves 3 – 4

Ingredients (Masala Contains):

Coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, star anise, bay leaves, mace, nutmeg, green cardamom, turmeric, red chili powder, spicy red chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, oil, color, fried onion, green chili powder, kewra essence, mint powder, milk powder, corn flour, onion powder, biryani masala.

Rice- wash and soak 300 gm rice for 30 min, boil 1 l water. add whole spices,1 tbsp salt,1 tbsp oil, and soak rice. cook it till rice is 90 % done. drain water and keep aside.

Marination- take 300 gm / 3 sliced onion and deep fry it. mix 500 gm chicken, above fried onion, 150 gm curd, 1 big tomato slices, handfull mint, 1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ghee, 3 slit green chillies, handfull of chopped coriander, 2 tbsp Mum's Magic chicken biryani masala 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp corander powder, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and keep it for 30 mins atleast.

Biryani Method- take pan, add oil and add above marinated chicken and cook it till 90 % done.add layer of cooked rice above it. sprinkle some fried onion, chopped coriander, mint and ghee. cover and place it on low heat over a tawa & cook for 10 min on low flame till steam rises.
